Balcony accessed by stairs only. All sales final. No Refunds or Exchanges. Children over 1 year old need a ticket for admission. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management. Entry and seating may be delayed until an appropriate break in the performance, and original seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
