About this event
The Hip Experience is a high-energy tribute to Canada's iconic rock band, The Tragically Hip. Formed in 2017 as a tribute to Gord Downie's legacy, the band has grown into one of North America's premier Hip tribute acts, delivering the music, passion, and spirit that fans know and love. Fronted by Derek Lathrop, whose powerful stage presence captures the essence of Gord Downie, The Hip Experience performs over 100 shows annually across Canada and the United States. From "New Orleans Is Sinking" to "Bobcaygeon" and "Ahead by a Century," they bring the band's greatest songs to life in a show that celebrates the enduring legacy of one of Canada's most beloved bands.
