About this event
The Madwoman of Chaillot transports audiences to the streets of Paris, where the eccentric and slightly mad Countess Aurelia takes a stand against a group of greedy businessmen determined to destroy the city in pursuit of oil. Filled with colorful characters, sharp wit, and whimsical charm, this satirical drama celebrates compassion, imagination, and the triumph of humanity over corruption. Jean Giraudouxs timeless play offers both biting social commentary and a hopeful reminder of the power of community and kindness. (Sold separately).
